For Clubhouse reservations, please review both of the following forms.
Print and sign the waiver form and provide along with deposit check to clubhouse manager prior to reserving.
Please note that The Blair Farm Clubhouse and all Blair Farm Common Areas and Amenities are for social activities only. They shall not be used for income producing or commercial activities. All ” for-profit use” is prohibited. The only exception to this rule would be an HOA Board-sponsored community event, like
an Arts & Craft Fair or a Community Yard Sale. The HOA Board will determine, at it’s sole discretion,
if the requested use is to be allowed. No reservations can be made more than 60 days prior to your event without approval by the HOA Board of Directors.
No alcohol is allowed in the clubhouse, on clubhouse grounds, or on any Blair Farm common area.
