DUE TO UNEXPECTED STRUCTUAL CONCERNS THE CLUBHOUSE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNITL REPAIRS ARE MADE.  THE BOARD REGRETS ANY INCONVIENENCE BUT THIS IS NECESSARY FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR MEMBERS AND GUESTS.

The pool is closed for the season.

No alcohol is allowed in the clubhouse, on clubhouse grounds, at the pool, or on any Blair Farm common area.  

Dues are Due by March 1.  If Dues are not paid by April 1, a $50 Late Fee will be assessed, and a 1% Finance Charge will be assessed monthly to your account until account is paid in full.  If account (including Late Fee and Finance Charges) is not paid in full by June 1, an additional $50 Service Fee will be assessed.  If account (including Late Fee, Service Fee and Finance Charges) is not paid in full by July 1, a lien process will be initiated to place a lien on the property until account is paid.  Any additional costs associated with the lien will be charged to your account.  Electronic payments are not accepted at this time.

Please note that The Blair Farm Clubhouse and all Blair Farm Common Areas and Amenities are for social activities only. “For-profit use” is prohibited unless for an HOA Board-sponsored community event, like an Arts & Craft Fair or a Community Yard Sale. 

Paid lessons at the tennis courts or pool are allowed provided:

  • They don’t interfere with the general use of those amenities.
  • For members only.
  • And any instructors have their own liability insurance.

The HOA Board will determine, at its sole discretion, if the requested use it to be allowed. Reservations for the clubhouse can be made no sooner than 60 days from your event.
