The pool is open from 8am to 8pm.\u00a0 No glass bottles in the fenced in area.\u00a0 Please close the umbrellas after use.<\/span><\/p>\n

The next meeting will be Thursday May 14th at 7:00PM the clubhouse.<\/p>\n

The pool is closed for the season.<\/b><\/p>\n

No alcohol is allowed in the clubhouse, on clubhouse grounds, at the pool, or on any Blair Farm common area.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dues are Due by March 1<\/b>.\u00a0 If Dues are not paid by April 1, a\u00a0$50 Late Fee<\/b> will be assessed, and a\u00a01% Finance Charge<\/b>\u00a0will be assessed monthly to your account until account is paid in full.\u00a0\u00a0If account (including Late Fee and Finance Charges) is not paid in full by June 1,\u00a0<\/strong>an additional\u00a0$50 Service Fee<\/strong>\u00a0will be assessed.\u00a0\u00a0If account (including Late Fee, Service Fee\u00a0and Finance Charges) is not paid in full by July 1,\u00a0a lien process will be initiated to place a lien\u00a0on the property until account is paid<\/strong>.\u00a0 Any additional costs associated with the lien will be charged to your account.\u00a0 Electronic payments are not accepted at this time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note that The Blair Farm Clubhouse and all Blair Farm Common Areas and Amenities are for social activities only. “For-profit use” is prohibited unless for an HOA Board-sponsored community event, like an Arts & Craft Fair or a Community Yard Sale.\u00a0<\/p>\n
